Every transfer we book is tied to the flight number, so the driver monitors the actual arrival time rather than the scheduled one. The meeting arrangement differs by airport and vehicle size: minibuses can often use the short-stay kerb, while coaches are directed to dedicated coach bays that may sit a short walk from arrivals.
