How It Works

Recurring shuttles are priced as contracts

A daily or weekly pattern is not a series of day hires. Staff shuttles between sites, park-and-ride runs from a car park to an office, and crew rotations are quoted as a schedule with a fixed periodic cost, which is normally cheaper per journey than ad-hoc booking and gives finance one predictable line.

Send the pattern rather than a single date: which days, what times, how many stops and the expected headcount. Where volumes vary by season, the contract can flex vehicle size rather than being rewritten each time.

Conferences, roadshows and delegate movement

Conference work runs on rotations, not single runs: hotels to venue in the morning, venue to dinner in the evening, airport departures spread over a final afternoon. The planning inputs are the programme times, the hotel list and the delegate numbers per hotel, and the output is a timetable the drivers work to.

Roadshows are the opposite shape, one vehicle staying with a small team across several cities, where continuity matters more than capacity. Both are routine; the difference is simply whether the job moves many people once or a few people repeatedly.

Invoicing, accounts and paperwork

Corporate bookings can be invoiced to an account rather than paid per journey, with a purchase order reference carried on the invoice where your finance team needs one. Bookings are confirmed in writing with the vehicle type, timings and the total, so there is a document to attach to an expense claim or a project code.

Where your procurement or health-and-safety team needs operator licence details, insurance certificates or driver checks before travel, ask at quote stage and we will collect them from the operator rather than after the booking is made.
