Brussels is served by two airports: Brussels Airport (BRU) at Zaventem, 14 km north-east of the city centre, and Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL) 65 km south-east. For large delegation groups, coach hire is almost always more economical and more comfortable than taxis or private transfers, and it keeps the group together for briefings and customs clearance coordination.
The main group transfer hubs in Brussels are the Square-Brussels Convention Centre, Tour and Taxis, the Palais des Congres, NATO headquarters in Evere, the European Quarter (Schuman/Rond-Point), and the major hotel corridor along Avenue Louise and the Grand Place. Brussels Airport has a dedicated coach and bus drop zone on Level 0 of the arrivals hall, accessible via the underpass from the N211 slip road. Charleroi is 65 km from Brussels city centre (approximately 55 to 70 minutes by coach). Many budget airlines use CRL, and groups flying in on Ryanair, Wizzair, or similar carriers need reliable onward transport. We offer direct transfers from CRL to all Brussels city-centre hotels and conference venues.
Brussels handles a large volume of government, diplomatic, and international organisation delegate transfers. NATO headquarters in Evere is 10 minutes from BRU.
