Group Transport Without the Guesswork
Booking group transport used to mean hours on the phone calling local operators in unfamiliar cities, comparing quotes in different currencies, and hoping the vehicle that shows up matches the one you were promised.
Global Bus Hire exists to fix that. We built a network of local bus, coach, and minibus operators across 195 countries. You tell us where you need to go and when. We find the right vehicle at a fair, fixed price. One booking, one point of contact, 24/7 support throughout.
Every operator in our network has been checked for licensing, insurance, vehicle quality, and safety record. We don't work with operators who don't meet the standard. If they drop their standard, they leave the network.

servicesThree Things We Will Never Compromise On
Transparency on price
The price in your quote is the price you pay. We do not add fuel surcharges after booking, hidden admin fees, or surprise tolls without warning. If the route has known toll roads, we tell you upfront.
Safety over convenience
We have declined bookings because the only available vehicle did not meet our safety threshold. We will do it again. Cheap does not mean safe and we will not sacrifice one for the other.
Support that answers
24/7 means 24/7. Not 9-5 with an out-of-hours voicemail. If your driver is late at 2am in a city you don't know, someone picks up the phone. That is the only kind of support worth offering.

How the model actually works
We are a booking and enquiry service, not a fleet owner. Your enquiry is matched to licensed local operators who run the route, and the price you are quoted is the price you pay: we are paid by the operator, so there is no booking fee added to your side.
The reason for working this way is practical. A local operator in Bremen or Ronda or Kasane knows the roads, the parking restrictions, the venue access points and the seasonal pinch points in a way no central fleet could. What we add is a single point of enquiry, a consistent quoting standard, and someone accountable for the booking.
What we check before placing work
A vehicle carrying nine or more passengers for hire is a public service vehicle, which requires the operator to hold an operator licence and the driver the correct category D or D1 entitlement with a valid Driver CPC. We place work only with operators who hold the licensing required in the country they run in, and those details can be supplied before travel where your organisation needs them on file.
Where a journey falls inside an area that the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office advises against travelling to, we say so and decline that leg rather than take the booking. Several country pages on this site carry those limits explicitly.
What we do not do
We do not arrange self-drive hire, because a vehicle of this size carrying passengers for hire needs an operator licence and an entitled driver. We do not publish reviews we cannot verify. We do not quote for routes our operators cannot safely run, and we would rather say that plainly than take a deposit.
Prices on this site are indicative ranges in the local currency of the page, given so you can budget before enquiring. The quote you receive for your actual route and date is the figure that counts.
