The Hague is the seat of the Dutch government, home to the International Court of Justice, the International Criminal Court, the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, and over 160 international organisations. This concentration of international institutions makes The Hague one of Europe's most significant cities for high-level diplomatic and governmental events, with corresponding demand for professional delegate transport.
The World Forum The Hague is the city's principal conference and convention centre (capacity up to 4,000 for plenary events), 2 kilometres south-west of the historic Binnenhof government quarter. The Peace Palace at Carnegieplein houses the International Court of Justice and is the venue for international legal ceremonies and press events. For conference organisers, a dedicated coach fleet with named drivers and a logistics contact is the standard solution.
The World Forum is at Churchillplein, 2 kilometres south-west of The Hague Centraal Station. Coach access is via the Koninginnegracht approach road; the venue has a dedicated coach drop-off zone at the Churchillplein entrance. For multi-day conferences, we operate fixed-timetable hotel-to-venue shuttles on 30-minute loops from the main hotel clusters in the city centre (Hotel Des Indes, NH Atlantic, Marriott). For international conferences with delegates arriving at both RTM and AMS, we provide airport-to-World Forum direct transfers timed to the main arrival windows.
The Peace Palace at Carnegieplein is 1.5 kilometres south of the Centraal Station, set in formal grounds. Access for official events is via the Carnegieplein approach road; coaches use the outer Vredespaleis perimeter for drop-off. The International Criminal Court (ICC) at Oude Waalsdorperweg in Ypenburg (8 kilometres east) and the OPCW at Johan de Wittlaan are both accessible by coach from the city centre in 15 to 20 minutes. For diplomatic delegations requiring advance route planning and driver vetting, we provide a protocol service.
The Fokker Terminal in the Binckhorst industrial district (3 kilometres east of the city centre) is one of The Hague's main alternative event venues: a converted aircraft factory used for product launches, awards evenings, and large-scale corporate dinners. Coach access via the Binckhorstlaan and the S100 is direct. For events at the Amare cultural centre (opened 2021, adjacent to the Spui city hall) and the Circustheater in Scheveningen, coach transfers from airport hotels run on the same timetable service as World Forum conference shuttles.
| Vehicle type | Approx. daily range |

City hotel to World Forum and Peace Palace shuttles are at the lower end. Full-day delegate hire with airport transfers and multi-venue routing is at the higher end. Government summit dates carry premium planning requirements.
