Corporate Event Transport in Milan

Milan is Italy's business capital and the country's most significant trade fair and conference city. The Fiera Milano complex at Rho (20 kilometres north-west, directly connected to Malpensa by the SS33 and the A8) is one of Europe's largest exhibition complexes by footprint, hosting EICMA (motorcycle show), TUTTOFOOD, HOST (hospitality), and the Salone del Mobile -- the world-renowned furniture and design fair held each April.

The FieraMilanoCity complex in the CityLife district, closer to the city centre, handles the Milan Fashion Weeks (February and September) alongside other mid-scale shows. The Expo 2015 legacy site at Rho-Pero, adjacent to Fiera Milano, has been partially converted into a conference and innovation campus. For delegate groups, a hired coach between city hotels and Fiera Milano or FieraMilanoCity is more reliable than navigating the Metropolitana with luggage and presentation materials.

Fiera Milano Rho Delegate Transport

Fiera Milano at Rho is 20 kilometres north-west via the A8 and A52. The complex has a dedicated approach road for coaches and buses, and a large coach park adjacent to the main entrance halls. The Salone del Mobile in April is the single busiest transport week in Milan: hotel availability tightens and road traffic is at its peak. EICMA in November is the next largest show. For show days, we advise an early departure from city hotels to avoid the approach road congestion.

FieraMilanoCity and CityLife Fashion Week Shuttles

FieraMilanoCity is in the Portello district, approximately 5 kilometres west of the Duomo. The CityLife district, directly adjacent, hosts the three CityLife towers and a shopping centre -- a significant hotel cluster in its own right. Milan Fashion Weeks run in February (Autumn/Winter collections) and September (Spring/Summer collections). For fashion week, delegate shuttles typically run from the main hotel clusters (Garibaldi, Brera, Porta Venezia) to the Portello Fiera and from there to individual showroom locations across the city.

Expo Campus and Milano Congressi Event Transfers

The Expo 2015 legacy site at Rho-Pero is directly adjacent to Fiera Milano and is being developed as an innovation and conference campus. Milano Congressi at the Assago complex (12 kilometres south of the city, near Mediolanum Forum) hosts mid-scale business conferences. For multi-day events requiring airport pick-up and hotel-to-venue shuttle, we set up a fixed timetable with named drivers and a single point of contact for the group logistics team.
