Corporate Event Transport in Zurich

The Kongresshaus Zurich is on the lakefront at Bellevue, one of the most central conference venues in the city. Coach access is via the Utoquai and the General-Guisan-Quai; drop-off is at the lake entrance. Transfer time from the Hauptbahnhof hotel cluster is 10 to 15 minutes; from the Seefeld and Riesbach hotels it is similarly 10 to 20 minutes. For conferences at the Dolder Grand (above the city in Hottingen), a special coach route via the Adlisbergstrasse is required; transfer time from city-centre hotels is 15 to 25 minutes. The Hallenstadion in Oerlikon (north of the centre) is accessible via the A1 motorway; transfer time from the centre is 20 to 30 minutes.

Zurich's banking and financial sector runs a significant volume of private events: client entertainment dinners at lakeside restaurants in Kusnacht and Herrliberg, asset management symposia at the Dolder Grand and the Park Hyatt, and private equity and venture capital meetings at boutique hotel venues in the Altstadt. Lucerne (55 kilometres south, 50 to 65 minutes via the A4 and A14) suits off-sites combining the old town, the Chapel Bridge, and lake activities. The Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen (50 kilometres north, 50 to 60 minutes) has the Schloss Laufen venue above the falls for company events.
