Corporate Event Transport in Manchester

Manchester Central convention complex (the GMEX building) on Lower Mosley Street is the largest single-floor convention space in the UK outside London. The Manchester Convention Centre, connected to the Hilton hotel on Deansgate, handles mid-sized conferences of up to 1,000 delegates. The Palace Hotel, the Midland Hotel, and the Kimpton Clocktower are commonly used for smaller corporate dinners and product launches. Coach access to Manchester Central is via Windmill Street and Lower Mosley Street; vehicles can set down on the approach road to the main entrance. For Piccadilly hotel clusters, coaches use the Great Ancoats Street and London Road corridors.

MediaCity UK is approximately 5 kilometres west of Manchester city centre on the south bank of the Manchester Ship Canal. It is accessible by coach via the A57 and the Broadway approach to Dock 10. The BBC, ITV, dock10 studios, and a cluster of digital and creative businesses are based here; corporate events in dock10 and the surrounding studios are a common booking. Victoria Warehouse in Trafford is approximately 3 kilometres west of the city centre, accessible via the A57 and Trafford Wharf Road; the venue has a dedicated coach drop-off area. Old Trafford event space (adjacent to Manchester United's stadium) is approximately 5 kilometres west via the A56.

For multi-day conferences, we run timed hotel pickup circuits from the main hotel clusters (Piccadilly, Deansgate, Oxford Road) to the conference venue, with departures at 20 to 30-minute intervals matching the delegate registration schedule. Return shuttles after the day's programme run to the same hotels. For large events with over 200 delegates, two vehicles operating a staggered circuit can clear the full guest group from the conference venue within 20 to 25 minutes. We provide a named contact for on-site coordination and adapt to programme changes on the day.
