Colours of Ostrava (Dolni Vitkovice, Ostrava, 310 kilometres east via the D1, approximately 3 hours) is the most eclectic and culturally distinctive Czech festival (capacity 40,000), held in mid-July in the repurposed Vitkovice steelworks -- a UNESCO industrial monument. Both are achievable as a return coach journey from Prague with an early departure.
