Ben Gurion (TLV) handles effectively all international arrivals, with Tel Aviv about 20 minutes away and Jerusalem 45 minutes to an hour up Highway 1. Distances stay short everywhere: Nazareth and the Galilee about two hours from Jerusalem, the Dead Sea one.
